User Data Deletion Policy

Purpose. Explains how users can delete their account and/or request deletion of personal information.

1) How to request deletion

• Email: Send a request to carlisleartgallery@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Data” and include your name, email used at purchase/login, and order number(s).

• Identity verification: We may ask you to verify your email or provide limited additional information to confirm identity.

2) Timing

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request (extendable once by 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice).

3) What deletion covers

We will delete personal information we hold about you, subject to lawful exceptions. We may keep limited records (e.g., invoices, tax records, fraud-prevention logs) as required by law or legitimate interests.

4) Facebook/Meta Login users

If you used Facebook/Meta to sign in or connect:

• Remove our app’s access from your Facebook account (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select our app → Remove).
  

5) Global opt-outs

If your request is to opt out of sale/share or targeted ads, use our Do Not Sell or Share link or send an email; we also honor GPC/Universal Opt-Out signals where required.
